- understand the correct guidelines for adding suffixes and prefixes to words.
- Add an extra verse to a poem, whilst keeping the style the poet has already created.
Mathematics
In Year 5 this week, we will be learning:
- how to add and subtract multiples of 0.1 or 0.01 within 2 decimal places.
- Subtract pairs of numbers with one decimal place.
- Subtract pairs of numbers with two decimal places using counting up.
