Literacy

In Year 6 this week, we will be learning:

• To identify the features of a play script;
• To write a play script including the Year 6 writing standards; and
• To perform a play script with confidence.

Mathematics

In Year 6 this week, Mrs Mears' set will be learning:

• To calculate the circumference of a circle; and
• To revise all formal written methods for the four operations.

Mrs Mason's and Mrs Leslie's set will be learning:

• To convert between units of measure; and
• To solve problems involving the conversion of measure.

• Finding the area of composite rectilinear shapes
• To find the volume of 3D shapes
